Docube Healthcare Private Limited (“Docube”) is the licensed owner and operator of the site: www.docube.in(”Site”). At Docube, we prioritize your health and well-being, and we understand that life can be unpredictable. Whether it’s a sudden change in your schedule or unforeseen circumstances, we recognize the need for flexibility in appointment scheduling. In line with our commitment to providing seamless and efficient healthcare services, we have tailored our cancellation policy specifically for appointments made online through our Site. This policy aims to streamline the cancellation process for both our valued patients and dedicated consultants.

Patient Cancellations:
  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 3 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
  • With adequate notice, patients will be provided with the option to reschedule their appointment for another available time slot, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
  • However, should you choose to cancel your appointment instead of rescheduling, a cancellation fee will be applicable. The cancellation fee shall be equivalent to 50% of the applicable fees as outlined in the fee schedule provided by Docube at the time of booking the appointment.
Doctor Cancellations:
  • In the rare event that the appointed Doctor does not attend the consultation, patients shall have the option to reschedule the appointment or cancel it without incurring any additional charges.
Note:
  • This Cancellation Policy is applicable to appointments booked online for both video and in-person consultations through the Site.
  • Docube reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this cancellation policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on the Docube website.
  • By scheduling an appointment with Docube, patients acknowledge and agree to adhere to the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.
  • Docube shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconveniences incurred by patients or doctors or consultants arising from appointment cancellations, rescheduling, or any related actions. This includes, but is not limited to, any financial losses, missed opportunities, or emotional distress resulting from the cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. By using the services provided by Docube, patients and consultants acknowledge and agree that Docube shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the cancellation policy, even if Docube has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and extends to all aspects of the services provided by Docube.
